The subdivision has been developed by Gary and Maureen Morgison, under the name of
G&M Enterprises NW, LLC. Gary's parents originally owned a portion of the property,
where Gary was raised, and Gary is proud to have purchased several contiguous
parcels to complete the development over the past fifteen years. The development
company office is located near the original home. Until assumption of management
by the new homeowners, the Homeowner's Association will also be managed by the
Developer.
